This page explains how information is handled when you request the South Florida Attorney AI Visibility Toolkit. Updated October 28, 2026.

What the form collects

The toolkit request form asks for your email address. If you separately select the optional educational-updates checkbox, that consent choice is recorded as well. You do not have to opt into additional marketing to receive the requested resource.

How information is used

We use your email address to record your resource request and provide immediate access to the download. A new-request notification is sent to ross@realedgelabs.com. This form does not send an automatic copy of the toolkit to your inbox. Optional educational updates require the separate checkbox consent.

Who handles the information

Netlify hosts this website, processes form submissions, and sends request notifications. RealEdge Labs receives your email address, consent choice, resource source, and submission details in its Netlify account and notification inbox. Netlify may process technical data needed for security and spam detection. We use these records to operate the resource and respond to requests. To ask about retention or request deletion of your submission, contact ross@realedgelabs.com. Netlify's privacy information is available at netlify.com/privacy.

Self-assessment answers

The five-question assessment runs locally in the page. By design, the answers are not included in the email submission or sent to the lead-processing endpoint.
